Will My Child Receive A New Jersey?

What equipment does my child need?

Your child should come to soccer in clothing and shoes they can run around in, but Soccer Shots will take care of the rest! Our coaches will provide all of the equipment needed for your child to play soccer. Cleats and shin guards are NOT necessary.

What happens if a session is canceled due to inclement weather?

Soccer Shots will notify you of any cancellations by email. If a session is canceled we will make every attempt to make it up, for up to 2 missed sessions. Make-up days will be scheduled by adding an additional week to the end of the season, or selecting another make-up day if adding a week is not possible. We will communicate all make-ups through email. Individual make-up sessions are not available for missed sessions due to personal reasons (vacation, illness, etc).

What is the enrollment fee?

The annual enrollment fee includes a Soccer Shots jersey for your child to wear on soccer day! It is charged once per year - 365 days.

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our email (kkeltner@soccershots.com) at least 2 weeks before the start of the season. Refunds will be provided in the form of a credit to your Soccer Shots account. If we have to cancel sessions prior to the start of the season for any reason we will offer a full refund to your Soccer Shots account. Please review our Refund Policy in the link below -

Youth jerseys are distributed once per 365 days and are sent at the same time you pay your enrollment fee, regardless of the number of seasons you sign your child up for within that year. If you have not been prompted to pay your enrollment fee, you also will not be receiving a jersey for this session.
