Will My Child Receive A Jersey?

What equipment does my child need?

Your child should come to soccer in clothing and shoes they can run around in, but Soccer Shots will take care of the rest! Our coaches will provide all of the equipment needed for your child to play soccer. Cleats and shin guards are NOT necessary.

What happens if a session is canceled due to inclement weather?

Soccer Shots will notify you of any cancellations by email. If a session is canceled we will make every attempt to make it up, for up to 2 missed sessions. Make-up days will be scheduled by adding an additional week to the end of the season, or selecting another make-up day if adding a week is not possible. We will communicate all make-ups through email. Individual make-up sessions are not available for missed sessions due to personal reasons (vacation, illness, etc).

What is the enrollment fee?

The annual enrollment fee includes a Soccer Shots jersey for your child to wear on soccer day! It is charged once per 365 days.

Can I get a refund?

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a scheduled class.
Full refunds minus a $10 fee apply when the withdrawal of a student is received in writing 2 weeks prior to the start of any season.
Refunds will not be issued for any school, site or field closure due to natural disaster, government shutdown, act of God or force majeure.
Should Soccer Shots find it necessary to remove a child from a class, a refund will be issued after deduction for classes already attended (with the exception of the clauses mentioned above).
There is no refund of the $25.00 registration fee.
No refunds will be issued after week 3 of the season.
Refunds prior to week 3 of the season will be given for the remaining sessions only.
No refunds will be issued for failure to attend a make up class.
All requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to our email (kkeltner@soccershots.com)

PAYMENT POLICY:

If you chose to have a split payment option for one of our school locations, the second payment will process automatically one month after the first payment was processed.
Once services are engaged, the client recognizes that they are contractually bound to the professional for their entire fee. It is further understood and agreed that if client or any third party paying professional fees for client pays such fees through the use of a debit card, credit card, or other electronic means, such payments cannot be revoked or reversed in any manner by the client.

Youth jerseys are distributed once per 365 days and are sent at the same time you pay your enrollment fee, regardless of the number of seasons you sign your child up for within that year. If you have not been prompted to pay your enrollment fee, you also will not be receiving a jersey for this session. If you need a new jersey, please make sure you add one to your order before checking out.
